I found my wings that I bought a week ago!
Time make something~ ^^
First, I defrost my wings and put them in the milk to tenderize.
材料:コーンスターチ、醤油、みりん、ごま油、水飴、ニンニク、生姜
Ingredients: cornstarch, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, corn syrup, garlic and ginger
재료 : 옥수수가루(?), 간장, 미린, 참기름, 물엿, 마늘, 생강으깬것, 고추기름,
Let's make sauce 소스를 만들어 볼께요
-간장, 미린, 참기름, 고추기름, 마늘,생강 (몽땅 넣고 끊이면 되요..)
Heat soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, corn syrup and sesame oil
Time to cote the wings with cornstarch (닭들을 준비해볼께요)
이때 너무 옥수수가루를 뭍이면 안되요! 꼭 기름에 튀기기 전에 살짝 털어줘야되요..
Clean the cornstarch and fry them!
I fried two times 두번 튀겼어요 :)
Now, time to cote the fried wings to the sauce 기름을 쪽 뺀 닭을 소스에 버무려요~
Now, I baked the wings one more time.
350F to 6min 버무린 닭은 오븐에 살짝 구웠어요..
